You don't have to be a founder yet.

You can apply even if you don't have an idea or team yet. What you need is a strong academic / technical background, curiosity and obsession to make an impact outside the lab.

  • You have an insight and no idea whether there's a company in it.

  • You've been building for years, always inside someone else's institution.

  • You want your work to matter somewhere other than a journal.

  • You'd start something if you knew what the first step was.
